Together we are stronger – Merger with Feralco Deutschland GmbH

Nienburg/Weser, 01.10.2021. Feralco Deutchland Gmbh acquired the former Venator Wasserchemie in June 2021 (renamed Feralco Wasserchemie). We are now pleased to announce the subsequent legal and operational merger of Feralco Wasserchemie into Feralco Deutschland GmbH.

In order to provide customers and suppliers with a more streamlined and effective business relationship, the Feralco Group continues to focus on better market access and greater efficiencies. The merger of  Feralco Deutschland GmbH based in Nienburg and the Feralco Wasserchemie GmbH production sites located in Duisburg, Ibbenbüren and Schwarzheide now form one industrial cluster trading as Feralco Deutschland GmbH.

What belongs together, grows together – two forces become one.

The integration of the two companies will become effective 1st October 2021. Customers will continue to receive products of  first class quality with targeted improvements to already high service levels.
